Millions of homes were being fitted with 'smart' gadgets—switches with blinding blue LEDs, walls cluttered with ugly panels, and apps requiring a computer science degree just to dim a light. Instead of bringing peace, technology was demanding attention. We realized: your home shouldn't force you to become its operator. It should hold you, understand you, and care for you.

In a small workshop fueled by late-night coffee and unyielding conviction, our founder Mukund Soni asked a radical question: What if home technology wasn't smart in a robotic way, but smart in a human way? From that spark, GSL GLOBAL was born around two sacred tenets: Get Smarter Life (GSL) and Gentle Sensible Living. We set out not to build faster hardware, but to architect living companions—AI systems that blend into high-end craftsmanship and intuitively adjust lighting, climate, security, and sound without a single spoken command.

Building something true to a vision is never easy. As a young startup, every component had to be re-imagined from scratch. We rejected off-the-shelf cloud algorithms that spy on families, opting instead for private local neural compute hubs. We spent months perfecting brushed brass touch surfaces and whisper-quiet motor controllers. When critics said consumers just wanted cheap wifi plugs, we doubled down on luxury companion experiences—because we believed people deserved dignity and sanctuary in their living spaces.
